About Palmm Design

Annette Hosking (now Martin) formed Palmm Design in 2008 after 14 years in the fashion industry. After completing her Bachelor of Arts with honours in Fashion at RMIT she worked for numerous bridal designers.

In 2005 she completed her Certificate in Fashion, Glamour and Bridal Make-up Artistry at Napoleon Perdis, after working as a make-up artist for her friends weddings. Annette has also undertaken masterclasses through MAC and has a Certificate II in Make-up Services. Her interest in dancing kick-started her career. Before her studies she was designing and making costumes.

Since studying Annette has designed and made wedding and deb dresses, bridesmaid's dresses, formal dresses and dance costumes, alongside working as a make-up artist and working in the fashion industry.

Now it is time for Palmm Design.

I have seen a gap in the market between expensive designer bridalwear and cheap dressmakers. I want to create a stylish contemporary bride that is affordable, and add that special finishing touch with beautiful make-up and hair styling. Creating a complete package for a bride or any other special occasion. Or you can choose an individual service such as make-up or costume design.
